Julie had signed (us) up for another Short Eared Owl Survey, this time down North Crane Road in Big Flats just south of Indian Valley, which is SE of Cambridge Idaho. I would avoid Riley Butte Road if wet, but otherwise probably suitable for a skilled sedan driver.

If you live in McCall, this seems really green about now. That's the west side of West Mountain, or something close to it. It's hard to tell here, but we could see Council Mountain to the north. |
